PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

Unless otherwise specified, the downloaded System Center Dudes products are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not commercially reproduce, distribute, publish, license, or sell any information obtained from our products.

INSTALLATION

Downloading and installing a report gives you the right to install it on 1 SCCM Reporting point.

PRODUCT UPDATES

Updates are included for free till the reports are supported by Microsoft solutions. If you have a valid and active product, updates will be delivered by providing a valid purchase receipt by the buyer. It’s the buyer's responsibility to check for product updates manually. System Center Dudes will publish updated information on the website. No email will be sent to notify previous buyers.

ELECTRONIC DOWNLOAD

Products are delivered to you by making a download link available. We usually store the download link in your account for 24 hours following the purchase date. You agree that we may cancel or modify our download link at any time. You also agree that we may stop supporting the products at any time and for any reason, including, by way of example, at the end of the product support life cycle, after which you will no longer have access to the download link. If we cancel or modify our program such that you will no longer have access to the download link in your account, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice to you using the contact information for the related account.

LOST PRODUCT

Lost or deleted files can be resent up to one year after purchase date. Proof of purchase will be required prior to sending. The product may be sent only to the email account used for the initial purchase.

SUPPORT SERVICES

Support for purchased products is given up to the first installation. If you wish to get support send an email to info@systemcenterdudes.com. If your support request is outside the given period, a support fee may be charged.

REFUNDS

If you have problems getting our products to work, we will be happy to provide support. No refunds will be given on any products. All products are sold “As seen” on System Center Dudes website.

COMPLAINTS, DEFECTS

System Center Dudes is not responsible for damage to property that occurred as a consequence of a defect sold product. System Center Dudes is not responsible for damage to products manufactured by the purchaser and where System Center Dudes products are included. System Center Dudes cannot be held responsible for any erroneous data shown in our reports and documentation.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to a third party your personal information. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information about your order, receive occasional news or suggest related products.
